Payments
How can I pay?
We currently accept payment by Creditcard, iDeal, PayPal, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking and Apple Pay. If you don’t use any of these options, please contact our customer service here.
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. We will only charge the pre-authorisation when the order is packed and ready for shipment. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.

What are the deliveries times?
All orders placed before 3:00pm (CET) will be dispatched the same day (Monday – Saturday).

Can I change or cancel my order?
The moment we receive the payment of your order, the production is put in motion. Or you can cancel the order still depend on the status of the production. We advise you to take any direct contact with us. We’re glad to help!
What should I do if I want to return a product or exchange?
It is possible to return a product, provided they are not used and still in the original packaging. You have 14 days to return the product. Please email info@coolsneakers.nl and indicate that you’d like to return the product.
When you decide to exchange the product, the shipping costs are for the customer. The new product will be send within one day.
Sizing
What size Adidas Yeezy should I take?
Adidas Yeezy models run small. The advice is to take a whole size larger than your regular shoe size.
